A Post graduate in MA SOCIOLOGY with his keen interest in Construction field, has taken up construction business and successfully running the company for the past 15+ years. Under his leadership the company developed some Iconic Projects in Villas, Flats, Budget Bangalow & Residential as well as Commercial Projects for Clients.Â

With 15 years of strong experience in the construction field, Authentic Square has completed Challenging Projects. And we proudly say that we are having happy customers for over a period of 15 years.
ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES :
Authentic Square builds all the houses with architect design. We offer a full architectural services, right from the start of Project Conception, Drawing for Approval, 3D Views, Working Drawings, Structural Drawings, Interior Design, Home Furnishing and Decor Supports, Construction Administration till handover.
STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING :
Structural Engineers create drawings and specifications, perform calculations, review the work of other engineers, write reports and evaluations, and observe construction site. And all the house plans are done by our Structural Engineers.
SOIL TEST : Soil testing also determines the depth and length of the pillars that will be inserted into the soil to lay the building’s foundation. The result of soil testing are used to determine the likelihood of foundation problems and the best construction method to use. So, Soil Tests are taken before starting the construction of your dream house. NATURE OF CONSTRUCTION : As a step towards sustainable environment our houses are build with greenery theme. Windows are designed in such a way the naturals lights and air are available for the whole day and artificial lights are used only from dusk till dawn.
